Hey guys, small life update from the last 3 weeks👇🏼

After struggling with knee problems throughout the year, I decided to undergo surgery — everything went according to plan, and the rehab is going great💪🏼 I’ve already started training again and can’t wait to kick off the new season stronger than ever 🔥

I was also super happy to be part of the 20-year anniversary of @appenzellerland_sport — Happy Birthday 🎉!

Last but not least, it was an honour to be invited as a nominated athlete at the Swiss Athletics Night — a great evening to celebrate our sport and the people behind it 🇨🇭✨

What a season. ✨
From the Hypomeeting in Götzis 🇦🇹, where the journey really began.
To the lights of the Diamond League in Oslo 🇳🇴, competing among the world’s best. 🌍
Then Bergen 🇳🇴 — European Champion 🥇. A dream turned reality.
Frauenfeld 🇨🇭 for the best Swiss Championships I‘ve ever witnessed 🏆.
In Aarau 🧡, I enjoyed the great form I still had💪🏻.
Finally, closing the chapter in St. Gallen with some 4x4 and 400m hurdles action.🏁
